After drove miles out of my way . This is the second tropical Smoothie that I have been to today and was turned away . This one can only takes online orders now . I guess there registers are out of order too like the last place I went to today .
I only gave it a one star because I couldn't leave zero. It's so stupid you can only do on line orders. You can't go in and order at register. So stupid. Some people have allergies so they like to order in person to make sure everything is done right. Just lost alot of business. I'll make sure to tell everyone and believe you me they will listen.
In general, the team members are very personable and polite. They all seem highly knowledgeable of the ingredients in the menu items and how the items are prepared. The service is prompt and the wait-time is minimal. The finished product is the best bang that you can get for your money. I keep coming back because of the efficient way they handle things and how the product is always great tasting.
Grace, Poppy, Amber and Nisha were polite and professional when I walked inside the establishment I was greeted with sweet voices and the smoothie was the BEST ever. Thank you
