I had a poor experience here today. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes. Despite there being people in the kitchen, no one acknowledged me or said hello until someone finally came out to take my order. I ordered my usual smoothie, but the taste was off, it seemed like it wasn't made with all the ingredients. Between the long, unacknowledged wait and the poor food quality, I was very disappointed with the service.
Excellent customer service and they keep the areas nice and clean and sanitized.
First time coming to any Tropical smoothie cafe and I have to say the staff was so friendly and welcome along with the smoothie and bowl being great I will definitely be back. Great place to come to.
I purchased 2 Mango Monsoon smoothies today. The young lady that took my order was rude ! Her name isn't on my receipt or I'd put her name in the review. Petite gal with dark hair. She ran out of something while making my drinks and went to the back. When she finally finished making the drinks she placed them on the counter and said mango monsoon and walked off.
