Frequent orderer here... food and smoothie is always good but the quesadilla sauce is missing half the time which honestly makes the meal :(
Waited over 45 minutes for my food. They made the smoothies 30 minutes before my food was ready and they were melted and not good by the time i got back to work. Worst place to get food. Some lady waited over an hpur for her food.
If I could give the customer service 10 stars, I would. Our AAU team from Virginia went up to the Philly area for a tournament. On our second day, after our quarterfinal game, we went to the café. The manager there, Keke, was the sweetest person that I have ever met. She was telling us about how the acai bowls were 5 dollars that day and that if we won our next game and came back then we would get discounts on our smoothies if we went online and gave a customer service review on their website. We came as a basketball team between games. The manager, Keke gave us free smoothie samples, and a deal to get a smoothie about $10 off if we won. So, when we won the game we came back and got smoothies for $2 each. She took a pic with us and is cheering us on for championship game in an hour. We are from a few hours away, but if I’m in the area again I will definitely be back!
