Quite literally the WORST customer service we have ever had at any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Employees are never friendly especially the older hispanic woman. Orders are never correct and when you let them know, they get the worst attitude. Owner does not care about any of it. Corporate should take this store back from the franchisee .

This is my all time favorite Tropical Smoothie location! It’s always spotless, the service is consistently top notch, and every visit is a great experience. I had the chance to meet Mark, the store manager, and he was incredibly friendly. He made sure everything was perfect and went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience. I usually love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and every other location I’ve visited has been great. Unfortunately, this visit was awful. The employe named Cece was rude and unhelpful and the rest of the staff wasn’t nice either. I wasn’t allowed to use my rewards points, and even though I purchased both a smoothie and food, they refused to give me an empty side cup.
