Tropical Smoothie Cafe provided free smoothies for our soccer team. The girls were appreciative and really enjoyed them!
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STORE DIDNT OPEN TILL 9:30 WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 8AM… THE MANAGER NOT PROPER AT ALL! DIDNT COME TO HIS STORE. & THEY DIDNT WANT TO COMPENSATE ME NOR GIVE ANYTHING FREE. I WONT BE BACK . NEVER COME HERE
I had ordered the Chocolate PB protein smoothie and it came out white. Absolutely NO FLAVOR. I went back to have them remake it and I specifically told them it was not enough PB and chocolate. She remade it and it came out white AGAIN. I think it's absolutely ridiculous I'm paying $10 for a smoothie and the worker couldn't even remake it even after I gave specifics of why it tasted bad.
We had an awesome experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Geneva, and Riddhi really made it stand out. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Our smoothies were fresh, perfectly blended, and tasted amazing. The food came out quick and exactly how we ordered it.
