Sign promoting free smoothie with 5 dollar purchase and i was not given my smoothie, made to do a humiliation ritual involving apps and qr code nonsense, staff were unwilling to honor the deal in anyway at all. Waste of my time and money
Did an online order for a loco beach colada. I was excited about it as I had it before from a different location. But it was a big disappointment, basically it tastes like ice with no flavor.
Lily and Ashley are incredible and so unbelievably kind. They made my experience pleasant . I'm do grateful they work there and so happy for my service!
I have consistently ordered from this location for years. Sometimes multiple times per week for a while there. It has really gone down hill in quality, taste, and customer service. For the last several months, I have had food and smoothies delivered with issues over and over again so I have taken a break from ordering from them. Today, I figured I'd give them another chance.
