I really hate to write this cuz My Service here is usually very great.. This is not to get anyone fired or harshly handled.. But to Express My Experience In Hopes that A Lesson Be Learned. Everyone deserves the same great service. And if you make a mistake, it's better to face it with Grace. I love coming here!
I placed an order to be picked up at 7:40 AM this morning (Friday, 11/7/2025). Upon arriving at Tropical, I found the store closed and no staff present, although other customers were there as well. The gas station attendant mentioned that the staff might be sick. I attempted to call for a refund at 8:00 AM, but there was no answer. I’ve called 8:00am, 8:30am and 1:50ish ppm and no answer
I drove out my way to here. Especially on off days. A treat for myself. I tried the mango magic and it was very delicious. I've been back several times just for it. Need more Tropical Smoothies Cafes around. Great tasting smoothies and bowls. Always a treat.
