Today, I had an order delivered to me that was supposed to be one food item, and a drink. Of course the drink was $10 and the drink was missing. The delivery driver said that she asked for the drink, and they told her this (the buffalo wrap)was the only thing in my order. Even the order receipt on the bag says item 2 of two. Every time I come here, there’s an issue. Today, I placed an order through the app, and although the app malfunctioned, it still charged me. When I showed the staff my proof of purchase, they offered no help and essentially told me it wasn’t their problem. They didn’t want to cancel the payment nor make the order.
I really hate to write this cuz My Service here is usually very great.. This is not to get anyone fired or harshly handled.. But to Express My Experience In Hopes that A Lesson Be Learned. Everyone deserves the same great service. And if you make a mistake, it's better to face it with Grace.
