I am a DoorDash driver, and I would like to express my frustration regarding a recent pickup at your restaurant. After accepting an order and arriving at your location, I provided the customer’s name and was told that the order was not ready. I then waited approximately 20 minutes. After all that time, I discovered that the order had actually been ready the entire time and was simply not placed on the DoorDash pickup shelf. This situation is unacceptable. I don’t know who they have working here but the last few times I have come in the kids were all very disorganized and arguing in front of customers. This particular time it took me 15 minutes to get my Jetty Junior
