As everyone else is saying, their service is awful and they have no interest in fixing it. There were 3 people near the counter when I walked in, one on the phone and the other two ignoring all the customers. After 5 minutes one just randomly turned around and said "hi". Then they told me they didn't have my order, and a minute later said "nevermind!" They seem careless and disorganized. Just discovered food here! Wraps are wonderful and healthy!
Very very slow service here. Be sure to give them 20 minutes or so past the time you want to pick it up. And no drive-thru, despite what Google says.
