This is the Pantops location. First, the food is great. However, the customer service is horrendous. I walked in, and three people were behind the counter. The first one, who was near the front, took almost a full minute to even look up at me, and even then never said anything. I put in a review for another TSC location in Glen Allen for an order from yesterday, so felt it was only fair to put in one for this location when ordering the same exact thing today (Chia Banana Boost smoothie with extra peanut butter). This experience was a complete 180. I have been to this location at Pantops multiple times for this specific drink, as well as food, and it has been amazing every time. Thank you!
I don’t know what’s wrong with the girl with the ear phones in working today but she makes it very clear she does not want to be there. Customer service is sorely lacking at this location. At least the smoothie was good.
