I showed up late to pick up an order and my smoothie was melted. I didn't even ask and the counter attendendant remade it for me. Very sweet

The Pantops location is my absolute favorite! The staff go above and beyond to remember who I am and what I order, since I'm a regular. But they genuinely care as well! Couldn't ask for better food or better service! Restaurant is also always very clean.
This place is very nice. The interior is well thought out and the food is great. The staff are not the kindest but it is okay because I can just place mobile orders! I love their orange juice drinks and their chicken quesdilla with marinara is great too.
