We used to love this location before the management changed. I have been multiple times where food and drinks were made wrong, containing allergens or other ingredients that shouldnt be included at all. For example, today I ordered a Hummus Veggie wrap (as a vegetarian) and received pink chicken chunks inside my wrap. When I called, the so called “New Manager” did not apologize or offer to correct the issue for future orders, instead he said I must have confused the avocado for chicken. I have no more chances to give them.
Amazing. Craig, the owner was there to serve us. Speed of service was amazing and food taste amazing. We will definitely be back soon.
Fantastic place and great food! Manager really helped me out because I messed up my order. Highly recommend the Hicksville NY location!!!
