I've had a few problems with this location before, but they've been consistently good for the past few months so it looks like it was just a rough patch. Smoothies are good and fresh, and they always pack their wraps with as much food as possible. Prices have slowly been going up, though, but that's everything.
Extremely frustrating when I arrive to pick up the smoothie not only was it not prepared but the employee was totally unaware of the order he actually had to fish the micro slip out of the garbage to make the drink
It's alright. The food is ok but expensive the smoothies too. The main issue i have is qith how they automatically add a tip. Im really not a fan of that. They didnt take my order im not sitting and eating at your place im not being served. Also is the worker an actual tipped employee? In nys tipped employees make a certain wage which is 11 an hour which is less than minimum wage. They keep forgetting to add Nutella to my Nutella açaì bowl
The food was great! But the workers were extremely rude. I got a wrap that normally has pesto in it but I don’t like pesto so I asked for it without and they said yes that’s fine. It comes out and it was wrong, it was full of pesto so I told them and they said they’d remake it and as I’m sitting there waiting for it all I hear is “I don’t even understand why she wants it like this, like it’s so bad without pesto, what is she thinking, i already know she’s going to hate it” (I loved it by the way) she said this very loudly to... read more
