Customer service seems to be an ingredient that is lacking in this area... But this location doesn't have that problem anymore. I had stopped going due to past issues and now I'm a regular. The employees I encounter are nice, courteous and knowledgeable about the products. The food and smoothies are consistently prepared with care and served with a smile. I know this Tropical Smoothie Cafe but.... I'm lovin' it!
Probably by far the worst service, the girl that was working tonight had a terrible attitude. I will never come back to this location nor will I recommend. Used to come here all the time when the service was decent now it’s terrible. People are on their phones. They have sour faces please hire new people otherwise this place will be going out of business pretty quick based on these reviews.
Customer Service was terrible! Down right unacceptable along with uncalled for. The two young ladies that attempted to service us need retraining if not fired which I would highly recommend. A young lady by the name of Miley was very helpful.....kudos to you! Thanks for reaching the GM so we could voice our concerns. Bre (GM) I can honestly say that I wouldn't or couldn't recommend this location with this type service. However, you have an opportunity to make it right for someone else moving forward.
