The girls there were super nice & great at communication. Downfall on the company not allowing people to add ingredients into a smoothie. I should be able to add honey into my smoothie & pay the extra cost. Foolish to have to go home to add it myself. Silly rules like that make people not want to come back. But again not the employees fault.
I used to love going here but I guess that's changed. The service used to be so friendly but the new manager is just RUDE. I walked in to an empty shop and after waiting on her to get out of the kitchen or whatever she was doing for a few minutes she immediately barks at me "who are you here for?" No greeting. No politeness. Now I both go there for myself and for doordash as a side job so I get how stressful it can be, but acting like that in an empty store towards a customer trying to order is unacceptable. Went around 7pm on a Saturday. Both smoothies we got were really bland. One still had chunks of ice in it. To top it off there was someone, in plain clothes and off the clock, literally walking on top of the front counter, getting stuff taped up to paint I guess? The whole experience was a waste of time and money.
I tell you what, Raylee and Reagan are the best people you could ask for. Quick service, the most delicious food I've ever tasted . These ladies were so polite and courteous I'm in awe. They were awesome!!!!!!
