I am a regular customer. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I gave up and left. You should never make a customer wait a long time to take their order. Not sure I will ever return.
Those girls are busting their bums. The owners need to hire more people as they have WAY TOO MANY DoorDash orders to fulfill. Help them not get stressed out.
The women were SO KIND. Younger black work long braids and a sliver heart necklace and the older white women with jet black hair and a nose ring. They were incredibly fast and efficient! But this seems like A LOT for only two people to take care of. 10 people and idk how many orders came in while I was there and tjey were extremely fast and relaxed. They need help this is how you burn out and lose employees.
Came in and was greeted so warmly by a young lady named Heather. She was incredibly kind, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got a smoothie she loved (blueberry-strawberry). Excellent service and such a positive experience! For sure coming back.
I ordered a tropical dragon fruit passion fruit cranberry smoothie and I do have to say that it was made to perfection. I do believe a ms. Kiana made it. Best ive had in NC.
