was cooking picked something up off the floor without changing her gloves. She then prepared my meal, and afterward, when grabbing a bag to pack my food, she put her finger in her mouth to get a grip on the bag. That is very poor hygiene for food preparation.
Painfully slow service EVERY single time. I just want to pick up my pre-ordered drinks. They have so few staff working they don't have time to address pick-up orders. Get someone dedicated to pick-up orders or just put them out where customers can reach them. I won't go again unless I hear this has been fixed.
