I order from here a lot and I used to love it, but today marks at least the 4th time in a row that they’ve got my order wrong when it’s not even busy hours. Sucks to get the wrong order when this stuff isn’t cheap
One of my favorite stops when I need something to drink. Extremely friendly crew working here. I usually order via app, and when it's walk in, most of them know me well enough to grab my order before I say a word. I've never had a bad meal or smoothie there.
Definitely could’ve been cleaner. Had cups and trash under the counter where smoothies were made. The tables in the dining area were not wiped off. Services was ok. Mostly kids working inside.
I ordered on the app. Went into the store. I was looked at like I was dumb. Watched people who ordered at the counter get their food before me. 5 minutes later, walked up to the counter and they didn’t have my in app order in the system I guess. It was my pickup time, so I thought my order would have been done and ready for me to pick up, not that it wasn’t even made yet.
