Just left , ordered an Chia Banana Boost and it literally taste like blended bananas . They Close in less than 30 minutes and I have to be at work . No way to contact their store directly !!!
I went to this location the morning of Sept 2, 2025. I ordered via the app so I could go inside and pick up my order from the shelf. My smoothie and wrap were tasty! However, when I walked into the establishment all of the employees just stared at me and not in a friendly way....no hello, no good morning...just cold stares. I may just use the drive thru like I typically do or not go to this location anymore although it is close to my home. My first (and hopefully only) disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe...
Absolutely ridiculous! Waited over 40 minutes for a smoothie and a flatbread. Does the management not care?
I ordered through Door Dash and each item was $10 which would've been fine if my smoothie didn't taste like water and my flatbread was made very horribly
I tried to place an online order via the app. I chose what I wanted to have delivered. I put my card info in. The screen told me my order was canceled and my card would be refunded because the time I chose was no longer available. I didn't choose a time. I chose "ASAP". I received no refund. You can't call and talk to anyone. When you call, the system states you'll receive a text message with contact info. I did not receive a text message. Now, I'll just have to dispute with my bank. Ridiculous
