I sent in an online order, to be picked up at 12:30. When my son got there at 12:30, half the order was missing. It took the employees over 15 minutes to acknowledge my son, while he stood at the counter trying to get their attention. It took another 15 minutes for them to make the rest of the order that was forgotten. I love Tropical Smoothie, but that was unacceptable.
Every smoothie i get from here tastes terrible. I asked if I could get mine remade. They told me no and that a manager will contact me the next day. It's been a week and no manager called. Don't waste your money at this location.
