I had an uncomfortable experience at this location today. An employee was wearing very revealing clothing, which is unusual for a workplace and created an unprofessional atmosphere. It also led to inappropriate behavior from another customer. I've had several good experiences here, but this was not one of them. I ordered a smoothie to this location for takeout, but when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. I assumed either my order mistakenly hadn't been made or somebody had accidentally taken it. I asked the lady working the register about it, and asked if there was anything she could do about it and she just said "no." Bad experience. Ordered 5 smoothies and all were completely unsweetened, ask the employee and was told they should be sweetened but he showed no concern for whether they actually were sweetened.
I am gluten and dairy free. I ordered an Acai bowl with no granola. They said they were out of one of the mixes. Said I would take the other kind. The sent me with a berry yogurt bowl. I didn’t double check, that’s on me, until I got home. Yogurt is dairy. I can’t eat this.
