I never leave reviews but the 4 breakfast wraps we got yesterday morning were the saddest I’ve ever seen. I order these regularly at other Tropical smoothies and when I say they were just a tortilla wrap around grease and less than half the normal ingredients. We were on the way to a game and couldn’t bring them back inside since we ordered ahead for pickup. My family and I stopped to get smoothies on our way home. All 5 tasted like hose water or nothing at all. $45 for something we are going to throw away.
My smoothie absolutely tastes like there’s a sort chemical in it! From the smell inside to this being the second smoothie I’ve had that felt as if I was being poisoned.. this location needs some serious tending to! Clean your utensils!!!! Also, tried calling.. of course the number is not in service. How?! Didn’t even drink it. One sip and I instantly tasted something extremely OFF.
If you're lucky enough to go on days where good staff is working you will get cold service and decently made smoothie. If you happen to go midday when the grumpy rude person is there, she will make you a terrible smoothie with too much ice, barely blended and will try to charge you for a cup of water for the smoothie she made too thick. Horrible service with an attitude. Greedy franchise. Other locations in all my travels across the country are NOT, I repeat NOT like this! Water is a human right!
