the customer service is horrible. alicia is extremely rude and lazy. i had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. this isn’t the first time it’s happened and this place needs to be shut down ASAP
Lazy staff who don't make things listed on their menu even though the app lets me order those items from their location. When they do bother to make something it takes them twice as long as it should.
Alicia seems to have an attitude when the store opens in the morning. I have never had a good experience with her. Also, it is always something wrong with my order when I come to this location (missing salsa, no açaí bowls, wait time, etc).If you are servicing over 10k+ of armed forces personnel, you should have another food supply to support. Quality control and new hiring needs to be done at this location. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is on base.
