They work in such slow motion and took them absolutely forever to get me my food. Never returning

Had a larger delivery order. Forgot a quesadilla. Also one peanut paradise smoothie was all ice. Caribbean jerk wrap was a mess. I order a lot from this location, its disappointing. 10/8/25 Talked to a person on Saturday, left a message online and now today I had to reach out. All I want is a refund for a missing quesadilla. Nobody seems to be able to help. It shouldn't be this hard. 10/10 No one has contacted me. Terrible customer service
