I’ve visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe several times now, and every single experience has been excellent! I’ve tried different wraps each time along with their smoothies, and I have to say — everything has been fresh, flavorful, and made with great quality ingredients. I paid $14 for this. One it isn’t even half full. 2, i paid an extra dollar to be given a tiny dollop of Nutella. And 3, instead of granola y’all gave me peanut butter. For $14 dollars y’all need to do better.
You will give up on customer service and wait time is pretty long but at least the quality of the smoothies are good.
This location looks like any other Tropical Smoothie Café, but the quality control on both the food and smoothies is extremely disappointing. There’s a clear difference compared to other locations, and when I do want Tropical Smoothie, I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes to the one on 80th because I know I’ll get the quality I’m looking for there.
