Tropical Smoothie is my weekly go to but they just told us today that they no longer have plant based protein substitutes. So upset! While most places have made the change to have plant based options, they are back tracking getting rid of theirs.
Staff is so rude! Not welcoming at all.
Very unkept, uncleaned. Counters and floors were all sticky and gross. Watch them making the smoothies and barely even cleaned the blenders!!! There was like still stuff from the previous smoothie caked to the side while they would make new ones! Absolutely disgusting. Wait for one smoothie was about 12 to 13 minutes which seems absurd. They were not even busy ( only 3 other people in the store AFTER we ordered, nobody was ahead of us!?!? ) People were cleaning/mopping and making smoothies simultaneously!?!?
