I want to like this place so much. I have been coming a few times a week for a month but I think I’m finally over the service. I was ok with the uneducated service on the free smoothie app promotion on the counter which I never got but today I can in for 4 smoothie and was just treated like garbage. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 1:50 PM. Staff "its gonna be about a 20 minute wait". For a smoothie "yeah 20 minutes" Im flabbergasted. 4 people were waiting post order, cafe was pretty much empty and nobody was waiting to place an order. I just dont understand how something like this could happen. If the digital overflow is this this bad then please open a second line. Local folks making the trip to your store shouldn't have to wait like this. Back to yours in wellington publix.
Out of protein had no sign on door waited 10 min to be told I can’t order what I want and waited my time
It's good half the staff is cool half the staff runs and hides from social interaction.
