I usually come to this tropical smoothie everyday either in the morning or in the afternoon the service and food is good
The smoothies did not taste right. It’s a flip of the coin if it will taste good or be nasty. This time it was nasty! Couldn’t even drink it.
You gotta love when you get home and your order is completely wrong! But don’t worry, they’ve got asking for a tip at the drive-through window down. You would think listening to someone’s order is hard. Incompetence at its highest level! It’s the guy with all the piercings on his face that took our order. Might want to find someone competent enough to work drive-through!
Highly disappointed in this location. Ordered delivery from Tropical Smoothie App. Smoothie was not delivered. When I called the store multiple times over multiple days to get a refund I kept getting told a manager was going to call me back. No one ever did. I contacted corporate office who ultimately gave a gift card (for more than what I paid). I recommend going to a different tropical smoothie location.
