Highly disappointed in this location. Ordered delivery from Tropical Smoothie App. Smoothie was not delivered. When I called the store multiple times over multiple days to get a refund I kept getting told a manager was going to call me back. No one ever did. I contacted corporate office who ultimately gave a gift card (for more than what I paid). I recommend going to a different tropical smoothie location.

I have been here probably hundreds of times through the drive-thru. The service is nearly always super quick (like 2-3 minutes max) and always friendly. Love love love these guys. Everything is freshly made and delicious.

I visited this Lowell location on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00. Prior to my arrival, I placed (and paid for) my order for a turkey/bacon/ranch sandwich and a smoothie through their mobile app. There were two cars in the drive-thru and no one in the dining room when I arrived. I was promptly greeted by a team member, then just as promptly ignored.
