They got our order wrong twice … when my wife went back up to ask for the correct thing , the manager told my wife it was her responsibility to make sure the person taking the order read it back correctly. What she wanted was a spinach pesto breakfast wrap… we got a chicken pesto wrap twice. Third time finally got what was requested after it was stated to the manager three times what she wanted. The music was to loud , they screwed up my order twice … they said they didn’t have plant based option which is clearly on their menu . Then copped attitude like we ordered wrong . Very unprofessional… will never eat here again !!!!
Rarely ever busy here. Newer front counter staff don't always know the menu, so ive had to ask more than once if a seasonal item is in stock, just for them to go check and confirm it is. Smoothies are always good, TS food is never my favorite. Thanks!
I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe and would go to the one in Benton at least once a week over my lunch break when I was working in that city. But this location on S University is awful. I’ve been to this one a few times as it is closer to my house than the others in Little Rock but every time, the wait has been much longer than the Benton location and the staff are just not very friendly. Dont go here, they charge $1 for a side of buffalo sauce when Ik its free. Like does it come out of they check or some ? They never have to worry about me again obd.
