I would've rated differently, but I was disturbed by the young lady working the cash register because of how rude she was. She asked what was wrong with my online order and when I told her my smoothie was not full like usual she gave me a look of disgust and decided not to answer me from that point on. She rolled her eyes and asked another young lady to remake it. This was highly offensive and extremely disrespectful - also unnecessary. Horrible way to treate a long time customer.
They got our order wrong twice … when my wife went back up to ask for the correct thing , the manager told my wife it was her responsibility to make sure the person taking the order read it back correctly. What she wanted was a spinach pesto breakfast wrap… we got a chicken pesto wrap twice. Third time finally got what was requested after it was stated to the manager three times what she wanted.
