Just about every single time I get food from this place something is wrong. They forget sauce, add things that I removed, or the portions are just abysmal. Whether you order in the store or over the app they rarely get things right. How hard is it to make a salad? I’m over it and I’m not wasting money here anymore.
This place is seriously underestimated. Came here and got the sweetest best service from every single worker. They made my chicken wrap and Nutella acai bowl in just 6 minutes and they all worked together with smiles on their faces. Also one of them apologized for the "long wait" and I was like what? It was short! Literally mcdonalds takes longer. Tropical Smoothie Cafe was awesome! Loved my food and the customer service especially! Also the lobby looked very clean and well taken care of. I will definitely be back!
