Wifey loves it.
Aside from the quality of the food not being up to par the customer service at this location specifically is HORRIBLE. I'm not talking about the regular crew members but the manager herself . I went in to have an order remade due to the quality of the food and due to the fact that i ordered it in the morning and not recently I was given attitude and disrespect from the manager. I stopped by today for Tropical Smoothie's National Flip Flop Day promotion and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was simple, the staff was friendly, and everything moved surprisingly quickly even with the extra traffic from people coming in for their free smoothie. Tropical Smoothie offered a free 12 oz. Mango Monsoon Smoothie to guests wearing flip-flops, which was a fun way to kick off summer and introduce customers to one of their tropical flavors.
