When you say you close at 11pm, you close at 11pm. Not ten minutes before. You serve until closing time. The two employees were just sitting on their phones and turned us away saying they were closed. Change your hours of operations then from 11pm to 10:30pm. It's unacceptable behavior. I worked in hospitality for Chipotle and if someone came in at 11:59pm with a closing time of 12am, you serve. Laziness.

Writing this review because the employees need to be watched carefully. I’ve been to this location a few times and every time that I try to redeem points on my app it says my receipt cannot be used more than once. I believe the workers here are stealing points from customers at this location. I believe they’re using it for their own benefit. I think they use the barcode on the merchant copy, or reprint customer receipts to use the code numbers themselves. I wanted to acknowledge Darien and the outstanding service he provided me. Sometimes you just need someone to be kind and go above and beyond and on this day it was him.

I love singing and shopping, but the customer service isn't good because the people who work there aren't focused on the customers...they're distracted by other things.
