This location is the best, the staff is super friendly and the food taste delicious, the place is always super clean and the customer service is always great.
The quality of smoothie is very good. However, the customer service is concerned. I’ve been here three times, and I have received bad customer services for all three. Today, a black girl named Secret K on the receipt, talked to me like I got my smoothie for free. She did not ask my name for the order, but she put “g” in the order name. The Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Lorton offers such a wonderful and positive experience. The staff, especially Evelyn, Tesla, and Sheila are friendly and efficient. They all put forth “ over the top effort” to make your food exactly the way you like it. I love the way they make my Mocha Madness. It is so creamy, flavorful and thick.
