Always very professional great service
This particular location on Harlem is extremely filthy. I’ve been to this location on 3 separate occasions before writing this review. I didn’t want to be so harsh on the first visit. The store always smells like the garbage hasn’t been thrown out. The floor is very dirty and is never mopped. There’s always food on the floor as well as on the tables. On my 3rd visit, I noticed the counters were dirty where they prepare the shakes and it grossed me out, so I left and didn’t purchase a shake. I’m saddened by this because I liv... read more
Giacomo provided excellent service today. The café was very busy, but he handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. He still prepared my smoothie quickly and made sure I was taken care of. Great job, Giacomo—your hard work did not go unnoticed!
I need to ammendment the original post. Staff did not want to take my order. So I will make certain they do have to again. WE NEED A SMOOTHIE KING in this area
