Poor customer service from the staff. I was never acknowledged upon entering or the entire time I was in the establishment. Seems like they did not want to serve us since they were sitting down in the common area.... The workers caught an attitude because I asked one of the workers to wash hands before preparing food.
Great spot. Staff too busy complaining about making the smoothies they forgot the little kale salad I ordered for a side. Money is tight so when you don’t give people what they paid for they stop going to that store and find other locations with better service. If i could retract the tip from when i paid it certainly wasn’t earned. I appreciate the owner response. I wish the link they gave actually worked. Most of the 1 star reviews are in the last 6 months. I too loved the previous manager. Consider bringing her back. If no... read more
