I normally really enjoy coming to Tropical Smoothie, but this is now the second time within the last month that I’ve ordered smoothies and had the same issue. The smoothies have not been blended enough, leaving chunks and making it difficult (or impossible) to actually drink through the straw. I understand busy times happen, but consistency matters—especially when smoothies are the main product. This store has a high turnover rate. The people that they hire has no consideration for their customers, like it's just a check. I didn't receive good service today. They messed my order up and then refuse to give me what I asked for. A light meal is what I was going for however I expect my food to be the way I ordered it. It is their job to get the order correctly done, now you have an attitude because it has to be remade. Not pleased.
