Always the best smooties
Great spot. Staff too busy complaining about making the smoothies they forgot the little kale salad I ordered for a side. Money is tight so when you don’t give people what they paid for they stop going to that store and find other locations with better service. If i could retract the tip from when i paid it certainly wasn’t earned.
Very disappointed in my smoothies. For an almost $10 smoothie, I expect it to be flavorful. This is the third time in the last few months that I have gone to this location and my smoothie has been almost tasteless and had a lot of ice chunks. I’m not sure if the recipes have changed or what but I’m going to try a different location and hope to have a different experience.
Typically i love going to this establishment but the last two visits have been horrible. Between the lack of respect and accountability from the employees to then blaming the day to day poor practices on their general manager Kaavya who just happens not to be on site is a bit ridiculous. Kaavya i hope your employees are misinformed or misunderstood because this is just unprofessional at this point. If you can avoid this particular location i would.
