Waited a few minutes with no greeting. Was first in line. People cut in front of us and were served before us, so we walked out.
This place has got to be the worst first off. They keep the phone off the hook you can’t call. It took me three days to get a refund and then today I go in and I order a shake. There is no other people in the store except for maybe two customers And people come after me and somehow manage to get their drinks and food and all of the stuff. Something just wasn't right for this tropical smoothie Cafe. All our smoothies tasted watered down. We ordered 4 smoothies and one of them came out very late for some reason. I was watching them making the smoothies. Almost every time there were lots of smoothies left over in the bottom of the blender and got discarded. So perhaps they put too much ice??
