Very bad experience with my order. The lady at the window was very rude. I had placed my order in advance to avoid the wait and still waited.
Huge shoutout to Oriana at Tropical Smoothie Cafe by the Walmart on the West Side. I was picking up a DoorDash order and she noticed right away that it was not ready yet, then handled it fast and professionally. She is not a manager, but she handled the situation like one. Great attitude, great awareness, and she deserves recognition.
Sorry to say say my coworker and I got a tropical sunrises and got the runs bad. Please follow up on this maybe hygien related.
Great smoothies and food reasonably priced
I used to come here a lot a year ago and it was great. But came back today and they took forever then made my order wrong twice (first time so frozen as to be inedible after 20 minutes so I drove back; then had an ingredient I told them I can’t eat.) I respect that the staff seemed busy but making things wrong will only make them busier. Not worth the time anymore.
