Went in an got a jetty punch and pesto chicken sandwich, after getting to my car with the food I opened the sandwich and it had severely to much pesto and was cold to the touch. I decided id just eat it past by my better judgements. Within about an hour I immediately got sick and was admitted to the local Henry Ford ER and was determined that I tested positive for giardia. Absolutely will never eat here or come here for anything, worse 4 days ive ever had.
Absolutely outrages prices and quality has gone down hill severely. Got a mixed berry yogurt bowl. The yogurt level was my thumbnail high. And it was $9!! I basically paid for a couple of blueberries and strawberries. I really did want to find a single redeeming factor but there is nothing positive to say about trop anymore. Just horrifically overpriced garbage. The guy was super nice tho, and worked quickly. Place was clean
I ordered an acai berry boost smoothie he was low on blueberries instead of the server waiting for more he put in what was left. He keep mixing it and it was still to thick and no taste. My mixed berry Greek yogurt bowl was just a bowl full of syrup with no taste. This was definitely a waste of my money. I would have taken it all back but I live to far. And still had to spend more money to purchase something to eat after throwing it all away!
I had an online pick up order which took way longer than it said and there was meat in my veggie wrap and I am allergic to it.. won’t be back to this location. Waste of $40.
