I walked in on a slow Friday morning to order a smoothie and some food. One of the staff members looked at me, didn’t say a word at all, walked to the back and disappeared for 20+ minutes. Didn’t say hello, i’ll be right with you, one sec., etc. It’s not hard to run a counter or, have basic service manners.
Love it
I visit this Tropical Smoothie often and Kyra it’s usually the one that is chef me and she is the kind of, wonderful, beautiful individual. Her customer service is outstanding. Thanks again. Kyra!!
