I was planning to get smoothies for my kids again because the last time I visited, we received excellent service from the manager. However, during my second visit on Saturday, August 1st, our experience was completely different. The employee with blue hair did not greet me or my kids when we walked in. I noticed that other customers who came in after us were welcomed, but we were not acknowledged at all.
