Clean restroom, Desiree was very helpful. The food and drinks are an exceptional value. 4th visit. I think sometimes they cannot hear the phone ring but the staff is always gracious and kind. The blenders are loud.
Door and online both show opens at 8. It’s 8:10 and nobody is there to open to the store still
Multiple bad reviews with the same experience as I've had. They respond by saying they will make it right. They have continued to have all the same issues. Phones are never answered. Place is closed when supposed to be open. Mess orderes up constantly
I cannot make sense of this store. Numerous times I’ve driven up during what is supposed to be business hours only to either find an empty store with the lights on and door locked or I sit in the drive thru thinking they’re open and I finally see someone try the door and it’s locked. Every single time, the sign on the door and Google says they’re open. Clearly poorly managed and I hope corporate realizes what this store is doing to their reputation as a whole.
Probably the weakest place I’ve been to. Management DOES NOT open on time. There have been several occasions where I’ve had to leave because the store was closed when they’re supposed to be open. Clearly a management problem, they should be fired, retrained, or replaced. But food is still good quality WHEN THEY ARE OPEN and the service is great from the team members. Do not come here in the morning if you’re expecting breakfast
