The smoothie I ordered was absolutely delicious—great flavor and exactly what I was hoping for! I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning rude staff, but in my experience, it seems more like they are understaffed and stretched thin rather than intentionally unkind. The team does their best, but this feels like more of a management issue that could be improved with better staffing and support. Overall, the product itself is excellent, and I’ll definitely be back for the smoothies.
Tyreak the assistant manager, has no business being a manager. If he continues to work there, I will refuse to continue my business with tropical smoothie. Knowingly mess my order up and not wanting to fix the issue is a problem!
I always come thru the drive through to pick up my mobile order. Today I did this and the woman who answered said we just got your order we have 9 orders you probably should come inside. I said I know I’m a few minutes early I will just pull ahead. At this time my blood sugar was low and my ankle hurts. So pull ahead and notice minutes go by as a lady keeps bringing people behind me orders out. I ask her about mine and she said I told you to come in because you have to give us time with an attitude. I pulled up at 7 waited for 20 mins with no one coming on the mic. I pulled up to the window the guy states that he didn’t hear the mic alert him that we were in the drive through. I asked for my order that I ordered ahead. I get home and there is a bug in my food. I probably will never eat here again, but when I called the guy told me to come all the way back up there to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I have the video it will not let me upload but let take a still shot.
