I love Tropical! The food is great and the smoothies are absolutely bomb ! I've never had a problem with the staff and the wait time is reasonable. But today I got my usual smoothie and tried to take it out of my cup holder and had it spill all over the place. Was super upset and by the time I had finished cleaning the mess up, the store was closed. Will be coming back in the morning to see if they can remake it for me, although they will probably charge me for another one according to other reviews. Update: They did not rem... read more

Worse location I’ve been to in 10 years! Better off making a smoothie at home. Always a wait and always out of something
used to order from this spot at multiple times. The food is not inconsistent. The owner is terrible. The food takes a while to come out. They made a mistake with my order. She wanted to charge me for the entire order again instead of just the extra dollar or so for what I wasn't charged. She also refused to acknowledge the mistake on her company's part and wanted to make me wait more and charge me again. Terrible service!
