My friend got a smoothie from this location and discovered that there was mold in it at the bottom. She did call the location to let them know and she was told that it was not them and refused to take responsibility. Due to this, I will also not be going here as well.
Normally, there great but the team was very slow or just understaffed for a Saturday. They couldn't figure out what drinks they just made. It took for ever and they made wrong. Looked only 3 people were working. They may need extra people working on a Saturday. They only had one person making smoothie. At least the smoothie tasted good.
They used to give adequate portions in their bowls in comparison to the price. But now they only fill to the orange line. Which is half of a bowl! Ridiculous. When I asked for a refund the employee said she didn’t know how so she called her manager. The manager said she would be in the next morning to do the refund. Unacceptable. Fantastic drinks and service!!!
I have tried and tried to like this location but every order I give them turns out wrong. It’s almost always. My kids do not like chicken on the quesadillas and every time we order a kids cheese quesadillas it’s always with chicken. If we order a smoothie bowl it’s also always wrong. This never happens at the Muskogee location. Not sure how difficult it is to read an online order. These orders are not even special orders. Simple basic order.
