My wife and I walked in on 8/14/25 to get two smoothies. They were actively painting inside. I asked if they were open and we were met by a man who said yes. As he was taking our order he was bleeding from his ear/ earring and had a napkin and a hand over it. After he took our order he threw out his napkin on the counter with the blender lids, did not wash his hands and proceeded make our smoothies. Im in shock that this is a tropical smoothie. The employee did not greet me when I said hello. I had to say hello twice and stare at her to ensure she heard me that time. She didn't seem to want to be there. I really wish I didn't stop in at this store. It felt dirty and after seeing these reviews, Im wondering why they are not trying to train their employees to do better. I will not return to this store.

Lady behind the counter was very sweet and amazing. Quick but kind.
Manny the shift manager is One of the most positive people I’ve encountered the workers here as well. This location is my favorite.. I’m hoping that they’re making plenty of money here because they do a great job good customer service goes a long way along with quality products thank you Manny and all of the other workers at this location.
