I came to the store On 06/13/ 2026 On Saturday, mind you. with only one employee working she was taking care of the smoothies the registered and the food. The employee was very nice, but it seemed like she was very overwhelmed. I’m not writing this because of the employee. I’m writing it because as a company, you should always have a full that.. Very disappointed with the company itself.
If I could do 0 stars I would! Customer service is trash! They mess up on your order then catches an attitude with you like it’s your fault ! I come to tropical smoothie almost everyday and this location has the worst service and food!
Place used to have decent smoothies. Not great but edible. Well, that’s not the case anymore. At least not today. I was supposed to have gotten a banana, peanut butter, yogurt, whey protein smoothie. I had vanilla flavoring, banana, and ice. Nothing else. Got my kid chocolate, peanut butter, and banana smoothie. It was chocolate flavoring and ice. Kid wouldn’t drink it. The music is way too LOUD! I have asked several different members of the staff and a manager to please turn down the volume. They have consistently told me that they have no control and it’s regulated by the corporate office. I have very much enjoyed their smoothies and bowls in the past but I can’t go there if I can’t hear myself while ordering at the counter.
I actually love this place. I come here all the time. I am a regular one night. I decided to come in with my wife when I came into the restaurant. It was kind of toward the nighttime.
