I just walked in and no one was at the front to do anything. They were in the back ignoring multiple orders on the screen and multiple customers inside. I came in yesterday before work and the girl working food made me late because she felt being on the phone and not making my food was more important than taking care of customer orders. And the man working morning shift yesterday was so depressed and unhelpful and unkind. I am never coming back here again
BOGO is the way to go
1st and last time going to this location. The girl at the front saw that I came in and continued cleaning. I had to go up to her and say can I order. smh. my smoothie tasted horrible and food tasted off. I will stick with going to the one on 34rth st n in st. pete. food and service is good there
The night crew is really messed up. Don’t say you’re welcome rush you at the line to order. Just absolutely terrible customer service.
My wife and I walked in on 8/14/25 to get two smoothies. They were actively painting inside. I asked if they were open and we were met by a man who said yes. As he was taking our order he was bleeding from his ear/ earring and had a napkin and a hand over it. After he took our order he threw out his napkin on the counter with the blender lids, did not wash his hands and proceeded make our smoothies.
