This was unfortunately the worst experience at Tropical Smoothie I've ever had. I feel bad for the 2 male workers because I guess they must have been overwhelmed with online orders or something but that was no excuse to make the horrible smoothies I waited over an hour for. We get them every week so I know what they are supposed to taste like and they literally had no flavor like they just watered them down with ice and water. I don't think I have seen two employees that were less interested in serving their customers. The wrap was ok, but the smoothie was horrible.
