It seems every TS I’ve visited has poor customer service and very sllllooooowwwww service. Things don’t seem very organized at this location. The smoothies were supposed to be ready at 11:58 and it is now 12:30 and they are just now finishing the 3rd and final smoothie! Crazy
We ordered ahead but it still took 30minuites we only ordered 3 smoothies. After waiting 20min we only got 2 smoothies rude to customers not just having a bad day rude it was like going out of your way to be rude also the smoothies were watery they kept making the wrong smoothies if we didn’t say anything we would have only gotten 2 smoothies
I did an online order and it was scheduled for 11:58 am pick up. We get there and didn’t get our 3 smoothies until 12:25 and we only got 2. So then we needed to wait an additional 10 minutes for the third one.

Die Dame die uns bediente war freundlich. Die Dame bei der Toilette war höchst unfreundlich. Ich hatte die Erlaubnis dort meine Hände zu waschen und diese unfreundliche Dame verboten es mir, ich müsste was essen...was wir ja auch taten. In der ganzen Zeit als Tourist ist mir so was noch nie passiert. Geht gar nicht!!
