If I could rate lower I would I just went in to get a simple smoothie and the two lady's where so unbelievably rude the one that took my order walked away as I was paying and then come back five minutes later telling me it didn't go through but I got charged for it. Absolutely ridiculous I got charged 15$ for a smoothie and sadly that price isn't the only crime cause i never got my smoothie. Had an issue with my order and the manager/owner miss Davis promptly remedied the issue. Good service, nice staff.
Allen and Alison are the best they always help me decide what I want to get
While waiting for my food order, I watched the counter person handle cash from the register then proceeded to walk over to the food line and start making food wearing the exact same gloves they had on handling cash. I’m sorry but that just isn’t okay. I will no longer be coming to the Jupiter tropical smoothie.
