I have been receiving smoothies that are not fully blended with visible chunks of ice that are difficult to drink through a straw about every other time I go to this location, and most recently after ordering an item with no chicken as a vegetarian, I received a wrap that had a surprise price of chicken in the bottom, I know turnover is high and it’s hard to keep people but this location needs to focus more on training and taking extra care to keep meat separate.
We had a wonderful experience at the West Main restaurant! Leila was a pleasure as she took our order, and our smoothies were made quickly. We will be back!
Your cashier Lee at 2:06PM June 3 2026 was very rude didn’t ask for my name waited 16 minutes for my order bc he didn’t ask for my name for my order he was very rude and was very racist.
We had an order of 3 smoothies and were given 2. I saw the server prep 4 more smoothies into blender before she poured out the last one of my order. It was just sitting there! No smile. No have a nice day or sorry for the wait.
