Terrible customer service! Waited 20 min of my 30 minute lunch break for a bowl. When I went to ask how much longer it was going to be they said they forgot. They then handed me a sandwich which I did not order. I asked for a refund ( because I had to get back to work) and she supposedly credited my credit card. No apologies and just plain rudeness. I keep giving this place a chance because it’s near my work but this is the last time. I’m done with them.
Dropped in this location because it was really close to where I was and everyone was so nice and friendly! The on-site manager was very helpful even though it was close to closing time she made sure we got everything we needed!
DREAA & NISEY did an amazing job making my smoothie always nice and polite.
I accidentally ordered wrong and staff helped out and did not make a big deal!! Great customer service and good was prepared very good and clean!!
