My boyfriend and I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, both of our smoothies tasted like ice water with little to no flavor. The employee who took our order was friendly, but she was on her phone talking to someone with it being on speaker phone while assisting us, which didn’t feel very attentive. As rewards members, we used our points for these smoothies, so it was especially frustrating to receive drinks that were literally ice.
The atmosphere is really nice,the service ir acceptable,I asked them for extra ginger in the smoothie and it was excellent but on memorial day there was no discount for veteran,am a disabile veteran and it didnt feel wright,I would still return a nd recomended
