Lettuce is not fresh. They’re nice at this location but please throw out the old lettuce and keep the salads fresh , pleaseee. I’ve ordered multiple times and not once has there been a fully fresh bowl of lettuce
Great spot for a quick sandwich and smoothie! Very reasonable prices, too.
The young kids that work there do not care about their job. My family and I have been in several times and they get the order wrong or is made poorly. I tried to redeem my "free smoothie" that I received via email. I showed them the email and they said if it's not in the app nothing they can do although the email came from tropical smoothie.
I recently wrote a good review for this location and I hate to write this one but wow am I appalled. I walked in and usually i don’t have issues but my smoothie was too liquidity and i asked them to remake it and who I can only assume was the manager kept giving me looks almost that I was causing an inconvenience of asking for the food I was paying for to be made properly.
