Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The smoothies were excellent, and the staff preparing them were friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. The only concern I noticed yesterday was that the cook lady appeared to speak to other employees in a way that came across as disrespectful. Hopefully, a more positive and professional work environment can be maintained, as it would make the experience even better.

rudest employees ever. guy in drive thru was so rude. girl at the window did not say a single word to me just handed me my drinks and walked away. please invest in some better employees.
RUDE! i would give zero stars if i could. The man on the microphone at the drive through was extremely rude with his sarcastic tone. then the girl who answered the window rolled her eyes every time she handed me something and when i said thank you before i drove off. this was around 7:00 if that would help identify these unprofessional individuals. maybe they need a class on customer service professionalism or just basic human decency
