Super slow and always act like you’re bothering them
Friendly enough staff, so thank you. However, the smoothies have changed (ingredient quality, ratios?), and not for the better. Also - can you please ask corporate for better lids? This shouldn’t be a problem in 2025…
I’ve tried to give this Tropical Smoothie location multiple chances to get it right, and every single time they’ve failed. My order is always wrong whether it’s missing items, or making what they want to make, or food that looks like it was thrown together in a rush. What’s worse? The staff is consistently rude except one lady, like I’m inconveniencing them just by ordering. I went in for a jerk chicken wrap and a Smoothie. I attempted to use my reward points for $2 off, but unfortunately, the code didn't go thru when PRESTON rung up my order because I didn't have it ready when the order was processed, no biggie(we're not perfect. We make mistakes) . 🤦♂️ I won't come back to this location. Men respect men, and I didn't feel the respect or appreciation there that you have customers in customer service.
