Went in, ordered a drink, paid (but didn't tip), then went to the bathroom. On the way out of the bathroom I hear "this is the one who didn't tip." Followed by snickering. Then "if you are too broke to tip, then maybe you shouldn't be ordering drinks and stay home." Same female voice and the other girl is laughing. Don’t ever come here. Was waiting half an hour for two smoothies.
Very nice girl greeted me when I came in and took my order she had bangs and blonde hair she was very kind and made my smoothie right away and it was very delicious.
Usually it's pretty quick and simple with this place. Order on the app, go in any pick it up. Easy. Yesterday's visit was absolutely terrible. I ordered my drink with no sugar and we could very clearly tell it had sugar in it. It was way sweeter than normal. I asked for them to be remade, only to have the "manager" refuse to remake them and then try to gaslight me, saying she made them herself and she is sure she didn't put sugar. Came into tropical smoothie at 8:15 to get a acai bowl lady at the front desk was super rude and told me that they do not serve food after 8:30 due to cleaning but they do not close tell 9:00 and I arrived before 8:30 cleaning should be after you close down your shop if regular business hours are until nine, then you serve customers till then Pueblo already shuts down way to early.
