Brought to the attention of the young lady that works there that there was no soap in the men's restaurant. She respond back with yeah, I know someone stole it. And then giggles, so if you know, someone stole the soap out of the menstruum.Why are you not putting soap in the men's room?Considering there was a young man working.I would avoid that place like the plague.They know There is no soap in the men's room which means they're not properly washing their hands when they touch your food people avoid this place
Went in the drive thru tonight and the guy at the window put a $4 tip on my card without my consent. Wont be coming back. Last I checked it's illegal to charge someone for something without their authorization. I did speak to a manager the next day who said she would speak with him. She sounded genuine and apologetic so hopefully this won't continue happening to other people
I went in twice today, ordered a smoothie the first time before going into work. The worker just left my smoothie on the counter, didn’t call out a name or the smoothie, just set it there and walked away. There were multiple people in the lobby, if I hadn’t ordered it in two cups I wouldn’t have known it was mine and I still checked to make sure it was what I ordered. Be careful!!! They are adding on unauthorized tips from customers!! And if you have a rewards program, which you do, give customers their receipts.❤️❤️❤️Biddeford though!!
