I ordered a smoothie from the app and when I went to go pick it up, they had a note on their door saying they were closed due to the temps. They show open on google and they still accepted my order from their app. It even gave me a pick up time. I tried cancelling my order but it wouldn't allow me because it was an "ASAP" pickup order. I tried calling to get a refund and of course nobody was there to pick up. There goes my entire lunch hour.
Absolute garbage service. Instead of getting a refund, they decided to send me 5 bags of chips instead of the two $13 smoothies I ordered. I only ordered from here for the smoothies, it’s not like the food is even good. Next time, so everyone a favor and cancel the order.

The area above the monitor near the entrance was filthy—covered in dust and lint. A young woman was preparing a bowl behind the counter with no hairnet and was using the cash register without changing gloves.
