I Came through the drive-through to order, and the staff was very rude while taking my order, He became impatient because he couldn’t hear me and he kept saying is; all I can hear is your vehicle. Love the Bahama Mama Smoothie— sometimes I add ginger to it to help with inflammation and digestion. Quick service and location is clean.
You need to hire a more seasoned staff the young crew, including the team lead are horrible pieces of work that need to go and learn what Customer service is and not to throw money at their customers like they’re trash. After team, lee decided to argue with me at the window. When all I wanted was the district manager’s phone number whatever number they wrote down I believe is incorrect and wrong. I have never been so disrespected by young ladies old enough to be my daughter’s. names given at the window, Darlene and Mariah
