Waited 30 minutes in store for mobile order 🙁 there was one poor employee during what I assume to be the lunch rush, she was kind but very frazzled and unorganized, which I do not blame her for because I would be freaking out by myself with irritated customers and orders piling up! The employee was rude and the smoothie tasted horrible.
Wanted a little treat while I waited for my car to charge next door. Ordered an acai bowl and It was too frozen to eat. Waited 15 minutes. Still too frozen to eat. I thought they would have made it fresh since it's a smoothie chain and they clearly have the blenders and equipment to do so. This has been my second time coming here and no one answers on the intercom or the window. This is the worst location I have ever been too and I typically love tropical smoothie!
