Waited 30 minutes in store for mobile order 🙁 there was one poor employee during what I assume to be the lunch rush, she was kind but very frazzled and unorganized, which I do not blame her for because I would be freaking out by myself with irritated customers and orders piling up! The employee was rude and the smoothie tasted horrible.
Wanted a little treat while I waited for my car to charge next door. Ordered an acai bowl and It was too frozen to eat. Waited 15 minutes. Still too frozen to eat. I thought they would have made it fresh since it's a smoothie chain and they clearly have the blenders and equipment to do so.
