The Baja Blast wrap was amazing, and the peanut paradise also hits. Came here to get post workout eats and NBA yb was playing. 10/10 tropical smoothie location, workers are also chill and friendly with excellent service.
Best blue berry bliss I’ve ever had; great customer service and care
Our family has been going to this tropical smoothie location on Belair rd in Perry Hall and others for years. Today changed that. My daughter ordered an Açaí Bowl without chai seeds and honey and wanted peanut butter instead. We were told at the counter that “my manager doesn’t allow substitutes anymore.” Ok, we left and will never step foot in another Tropical Smoothie location again. Apparently our business isn’t wanted anymore.
I love coming here for 1. Delicious and well done food options. 2. Amazing smoothies, all well crafted and healthy. 3. Cleanness of the restaurant. 4. Great and prompt attention to the customer.
Smoothies are fine. Facility is also fine. What’s not great is walking up to a register and having no one greet you, ask what your order is, confirm your order, give you your total, or thank you for your business.
