Here’s a review you can post: I’m really disappointed with my experience using the Tropical Smoothie rewards program. I tried redeeming 1,200 points for a free smoothie, but the reward wouldn’t go through the first time. When I tried again, the app told me I had already claimed the reward even though I never received or used it. I ordered off the app for pickup. I didn’t realize that there is a pair and save option so I paid full price for all items and did not receive the discount. I thought the discount only applied to wraps and smoothies. I didn’t order a wrap so I didn’t think much of it. When I walked in the store to pickup I asked about the discount and the customer rep told me that the discount does apply to the items that I ordered. I ordered delivery through tropical smoothies website. When my doordash driver got to the store.. my smoothie was warm and melted. She asked for fresh order and was screamed at by the worker. Absolutely refused. I order weekly... this certain location is inconsistent and horrible. I jad to throw my smoothie away and the bread for my sandwhich is old and stale and very unpleasant. What a waste of $19. Which is already expensive.
