This Tropical Smoothie location is close to where I live, and I’ve been coming here for years. However, over the last couple of months, I’ve noticed that the quality at this location has really gone downhill. One time, I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Flatbread, and my order came with no Chipotle sauce—just lettuce, American cheese, and chicken. I am dairy free and almost every food item contained milk ingredients. Thaily was very friendly and accommodating. She came up with a solution so I can order food which I appreciate because most food workers are not properly trained about allergens. She went above and beyond to check the ingredients and we discovered that the eggs also contained milk, unfortunately. Thank you Thaily! Give her a raise!
