My wife and I visited recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We were not greeted when we arrived, and the staff gave the impression that our presence was an inconvenience. Customer service is an important and this interaction left us feeling unwelcome. Because of how we were treated, we will not be returning.
Asked for smoothie without ice but still got it with full Ice and may be extra!!!! One of the worst experience!!
