My customer service experience was 10/10! There’s an older woman that works there who is so kind & friendly, she really made my whole day with her positive & optimistic attitude! I wish I could remember her name, but I will be back for this reason alone!
Walked in and said hello twice, but the person at the counter didn’t say a word back. If they can’t speak, that’s one thing, but choosing not to acknowledge a customer is just plain rude.
At first, I was indecisive about the smoothie options to choose for lunch. Then Joyce, Demetrius, and Shakyria gave me recommendations and pointers to choose. They displayed great customer service and I felt welcomed and serviced. Keep up the great work!
Had I decent time there. But I also notice some drug activity going on. Wouldn't go back to this location.
