Horrible customer service. Everyone got a mean face, no one smiles seems like everyone hates to work . I accidentally order the wrong item when I asked if they can just make it into a smoothie she said no and if I wanted the correct one I had to pay for it meanwhile she was too busy texting on her phone while taking orders careless…

First time at this location and it was very clean, I had the pomegranate plunge and chicken quesadilla. Considering I travel a lot for work and visit many different locations, this was one of the best.

I had a wonderful experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Fred, the manager, was professional, friendly, and made sure I received excellent service. His entire team was welcoming, efficient, and attentive. My order was fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly. You can tell Fred leads by example and truly cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be returning!

The shift manager can’t even be bothered to say “hello,”or “one moment please”. She’s too busy talking on the phone each time I come here with her AirPods in. Who wants to come to an establishment where your not even greated back. Each time I walk in I always say hello. On top of that today while I was waiting patiently at the counter for a few minutes (where none of the staff said hello to anyone) she finally spoke to me and said “ she’ll take your order down there.” No hello, no sorry for waiting.
